How You Can Help
Fighting food insecurity is easier when we all work together.
Close to 13% of households in Haliburton County live on low income. (HKPR.ON.CA) Our county food banks are on the front lines, helping families access emergency, one-time, and long-term food assistance.
We cannot do our work alone. Your food banks rely on the commitment of volunteers, support from local businesses, and donations from community members to fuel our programs.
When you get involved, you join a community of food bankers, helping to build a future where no one in Haliburton County goes hungry.
We cannot do our work alone.
Donate Online

Donate Food & Other Items
Each of our food banks has an ongoing list of needed foods, personal care supplies and more; every bit helps to stock our shelves and fuel our mission.
Volunteer
There are multiple ways for you to get involved in our food banks, from helping distribute food, to making deliveries, joining a board, to helping fundraise! No matter your skill set and interests, there is a space for you on our teams.
