If you need help with emergency, one-time, or long-term food supports, the food banks of Haliburton County are here to help. See below for which location is easiest for you to access.

  • Serving the residents of Cardiff and the Paudash Lake area with emergency, one-time and ongoing food help, and a hamper delivery service for clients unable to visit the food bank in person.

  • Haliburton 4Cs Food Bank: Open Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays from 11 am to 1 pm, we offer non-perishable/frozen food/other household items up to twice per month. Fresh items are provided through the use of 4Cs vouchers, redeemable at a local grocery store, for dairy/dairy substitute products, bread, eggs, and fresh/frozen produce.  Funding comes through the sale of donated items at the Lily Ann Thrift Store and financial donations.  Every dollar donated goes to the purchase of food.  All operating costs are covered by the Lily Ann Thrift Store proceeds.

  • The Minden Community Food Centre is a food bank offering fresh, non-perishable, and frozen food to more than 324 households on a monthly basis in the area of Minden Hills and Haliburton County.
